Job summary

NSW Health in Sydney's Canterbury Hospital is seeking a Medical Radiation Scientist (Radiographer Level 2) for a casual pool. You'll perform imaging procedures and manage production and archiving of diagnostic images across the Radiology Department and related areas.

Ideal candidates will hold a Degree in Medical Radiation Science, NSW EPA Radiation Licence and AHPRA registration, plus proficiency with RIS, PACS and Hospital Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent.
• Holder of NSW EPA Radiation Licence.
• Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Responsibilities

• Performance of medical imaging procedures and for the production and archiving of diagnostic images within the various work areas and modalities including the main Radiology Department.
