ForHealth Group in Rockhampton is seeking a casual Medical Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team of Nurses and General Practitioners. You will support reception, administer care activities, and help provide a superior patient experience in a busy practice.

Qualifications

Certificate 3 Health Services Assistant is required.
Certificate 4 Medical Practice Assisting is required.
First year of Bachelor of Nursing completed is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Stock clinical areas and replenish supplies before depletion.
Clean and sterilise instruments; maintain equipment.
Document care provided accurately and promptly.
Document all patient care activities in records.
Provide a high level of customer service to patients.
Provide administrative support to the team.
