Job summary

SPC Global Pty Ltd, a long‑standing Australian food manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Logistics Receivals Officer to support the NDC warehousing and distribution operations in Melbourne. The role involves preparing loading documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring all transport providers and visitors meet site induction and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experienced in logistics or warehouse administration.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP and MS Office.
• Casual role with potential transition to permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loading documentation and issue to transport providers.
• Ensure transport providers meet site entry requirements (Rapid Global induction).
• Maintain equipment records, pallet quantities, and weights.
• Record unloading details for inbound deliveries and loading details for outbound dispatches.
• Capture and verify pallet quantities, vehicle registrations, and loading times.
• Prepare, issue and maintain carrier consignment notes (connotes).
• Distribute loading documentation to transport providers accurately.
