Job summary

VicRoads in Bendigo is seeking enthusiastic Casual Customer Service Officers to deliver registration and licensing services in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You will greet customers, handle enquiries and work across in-person and remote channels with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver registration and licensing services over the counter, face-to-face, by telephone and in writing.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly.
• Suggest improvements to customer service processes and tools.
• Work collaboratively to meet team and individual targets.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff where needed.
