Job summary

Cliftons is hiring a Casual Kitchen Hand at our Perth venue to support food experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a professional kitchen team to maintain high standards and ensure every detail matters.

You will assist with food preparation, dishwashing, stock handling and storage, and help during service while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. Flexible shifts during business hours and evenings are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or a commercial kitchen (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
• A calm, reliable approach with the ability to perform under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and maintain immaculate kitchen and service areas
• Manage dishwashing, stock handling, and storage in line with food safety standards
• Support the team during service to ensure a seamless, high-quality delivery
