Cliftons in Perth is seeking a Casual Kitchen Hand to support our bustling kitchen and events, helping to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside an experienced kitchen team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality food experiences.

You will be part of a professional kitchen in our Perth venue, with shifts primarily during business hours and evenings, ensuring cleanliness, organisation and efficient service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or a commercial kitchen (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• A calm, reliable approach with the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and maintain immaculate kitchen and service areas.
• Manage dishwashing, stock handling, and storage in line with food safety standards.
• Support the team during service to ensure a seamless, high-quality delivery.
