Job summary

Cibaria Manly, located opposite Manly Beach in New South Wales, is seeking a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. You will work alongside chefs, assist with basic prep, dishwashing and maintain a clean, hygienic workspace.

A positive attitude and reliability are essential, with availability across evenings and weekends. Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not required, and full Australian working rights are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic food preparation.
• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.

Cibaria is a vibrant Italian-inspired eatery located in the heart of Manly, directly opposite the beach. Part of Maestro Hospitality, Cibaria is a busy, energetic venue built around great food, warm hospitality and a strong team culture.

We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys being part of a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.

The Role

Working alongside our chefs and kitchen team, your responsibilities will include:
