Job summary

Cricket NSW is seeking casual Program Coordinators to deliver junior cricket programs in schools and clubs across the Illawarra region. This entry-level, on-site casual role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to grow cricket participation in the community.

As part of CNSW, you will work with schools, clubs, and ambassadors, promoting engagement and ensuring safe, quality program delivery. Training and guidance will be provided, with WWCC requirements expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver engaging junior cricket programs in schools and clubs
• Promote community engagement throughout schools during the cricket season
• Provide in-person delivery, engagement and support of School programs (Health and PE, Sporting Schools, Mascot Challenge, School Cups)
• Assist and expand participation in Club-based entry level programs including CNSW Cricket Blast Centres
• Build, maintain and leverage relationships with local schools and school ambassadors
