Silverchain invites applications for an experienced Care Aide to support clients in Boulder and surrounding areas in Western Australia. This casual position operates Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8am and 4pm, with travel between clients’ homes using a company-provided mobile app.

Applicants must have a Drivers’ License and be willing to work autonomously; Certificate III in Aged Care or related field is preferred, with minimum care experience required depending on qualification.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Aged Care or related is desirable.
• Minimum 3 months relevant care worker experience if certificate held; 6+ months if not.
• Experience in home care/community setting is desirable.
• A valid Drivers’ License with access to a registered vehicle is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously using a mobile app to follow schedules and care plans.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality care and support to promote client independence.
• Provide personal care (showering, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with medication as required.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition needs.
• Provide domestic assistance and general housekeeping.
• Offer social support and community engagement.
• Follow a predetermined schedule while travelling between clients’ homes.
• Use a mobile app to access and follow digital schedules and care plans.
