Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT, Networking, or AV; students welcome.
• Experience or strong interest in ICT networking and AV integration.
• Minimum hands-on experience in ICT networking or AV.
• Experience with servers/storage and virtualization; knowledge of databases is desirable.
• Hardware installation, electronics, or basic mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication; well-organised and able to work alone or in a team.
• Fast learner with curiosity and willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and commission professional AV, broadcast, and ICT systems.
• Collaborate with project, support, logistics, and drafting teams through the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing efficient client support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Assist with rack building, cabling, and installation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Hours and specific tasks will vary depending on project requirements.
