Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a casual Rear Lift Operator in Glendenning, NSW. You will drive a rear lift collection vehicle, perform daily checks, and deliver loads to recycling facilities while upholding safety and high customer service standards.

The role offers a casual 2–3 days per week schedule, with 5–10 hours per day and a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a leading Australian waste management company.

Qualifications

• HR licence with experience required.
• 7-day roster across shifts; flexibility needed.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Driving and operating a rear lift collection vehicle
• Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
• Complying with Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
• Maintaining a professional image and delivering high quality customer service at all times
