Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Glendenning, NSW, is seeking a casual Rear Lift Operator to join our CDS team. You will drive and operate a rear lift collection vehicle, perform daily prestart checks, and deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities while delivering friendly, professional customer service.

This role is 2–3 days per week, 5–10 hours per day, with an HR licence required. A 7‑day roster and flexibility, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safety and teamwork

Qualifications

• HR licence a must with experience
• 7-day roster across a variety of shifts - flexibility is a plus!
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Strong customer service focus
• Committed to safety and a team-oriented mindset
• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

• Driving and operating a rear lift collection vehicle
• Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Complying with Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
• Maintaining a professional image of the company and delivering high quality customer service at all times
