Minor Hotels, Australasia’s hospitality group, is expanding the Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort housekeeping team with multiple casual roles.

You’ll maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms, work a rotating Monday–Sunday roster, and earn hourly rates from $33.85 to $47.39. Training is provided, safety is prioritized, and you’ll join a team that values detail and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
• Good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing).
• Clear communication with guests, team members and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including beds, vacuuming, and bathrooms.
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated hours.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely with training provided.
