Orange City Council is looking for professional and motivated people to join the team as Casual Hospitality Assistants. You will deliver high-quality events and functions and provide exceptional customer service in a supportive team environment.

These are on-the-floor, customer-focused roles requiring physical fitness, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to work both independently and with others. RSA advisable for beverage service and cash handling where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or events.
• Be physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Be hardworking and able to work as both a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and varying shifts.
• Willingness to complete a Criminal Background

Responsabilités

• Setting up events including setting and arranging tables, looking after patrons needs, resetting of room and closing duties
• Clearing tables, glass collection, food and beverage attendant duties, dishwashing and cleaning
• Providing professional beverage table service (with RSA) following correct procedures and processing cash paymentsas required
• Performing housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping and general cleaning

As a Casual Hospitality Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality events and functions for Orange City Council. Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and patrons.

These are on the floor, customer focused positions where you will be:

• Setting up events including setting and arranging tables, looking after patrons needs, resetting of room and closing duties
• Clearing tables, glass collection, food and beverage attendant duties, dishwashing and cleaning
• Providing professional beverage table service (with RSA) following correct procedures and processing cash paymentsas required

To be successful you need to:

Hourly Rate: $38.61(inclusive of casual loading)
