Job summary

Newly By Healthcarelink Support is seeking compassionate Home and Community Care Workers to join our team in Lismore Heights, NSW. This casual, hourly-paid role requires a full Australian driver's license, access to a car, and a valid police check.

You will provide in-home support, assist with personal care, meals, light household tasks, and companionship, supporting clients to live independently and with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have full Australian driver’s license.
• Must have access to a reliable car.
• Must have a valid police check.
• Experience in home and community care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care (grooming, bathing).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Assist with household tasks (cleaning, laundry).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings.
