Job summary
Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourers/Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across multiple sites in Queensland. Earn from 35.11 AUD/hour with 11.5% super and a daily travel allowance, plus weekly pay on Thursdays.
Immediate start and potential for permanent roles on successful site performance. Applicants should have 12+ months' general labouring or TA experience, a Construction White Card and a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
- Construction White Card required
- A current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and maintain a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assist in various site tasks across landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs and industrial sites
- Prepare sites, mobilise materials and support trades
- Move materials, wheelbarrow, lift and carry safely
- Assist with assembling products and general labour duties as required
- Support site clean-up and final cleans on project completion
- Contribute to a team-focused, dependable work environment
