Job summary

Griffith City Council is seeking a General Labourer on a casual basis to assist with daily operation, cleanliness and maintenance of public facilities. This role requires safe, economical use of equipment and a collaborative approach within council teams.

Applicants must hold a current Australian Class C licence and a White Card (CGIC). Casual loading applies with weekend penalties; immediate start possible for suitable candidate.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian Class C driver licence or equivalent.
• Hold a White card/General Construction Induction Training card.

Responsibilities

• The General Labourer attends to the daily operation, cleanliness and maintenance of Council owned public facilities using the equipment and material supplied in a safe, economical and proficient manner.
