Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a Casual Garden Labourer to join our team, working across the grounds of a prestigious independent school to maintain gardens, lawns and open spaces.

You'll work with experienced horticulturists, perform mowing, edging, pruning, mulching and seasonal improvements, and help keep outdoor areas safe, tidy and visually appealing year-round. A current driver’s licence is preferred, and you’ll thrive in a collaborative, safety‑mocussed environment.

At Green by Nature, we create and maintain outdoor spaces that people can be proud of. We're seeking a Casual Garden Labourer to join our team working across the grounds of a prestigious independent school, helping to maintain high-quality gardens, lawns and open spaces.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is looking to gain experience with a professional landscape maintenance team.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced horticulturalists and grounds staff, you'll assist with the day-to-day maintenance of gardens, turf areas and landscaped grounds to ensure they remain safe, healthy and visually appealing year-round.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with landscape and garden maintenance activities
• Mowing, edging and maintaining turf areas
• Weeding, pruning, mulching and planting
• Supporting seasonal garden improvement projects
• Operating basic landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Maintaining clean and well-presented outdoor spaces

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
