Job summary

Stamford Grand Adelaide is seeking a friendly Gaming Attendant to join our team. You will be a visible presence on the gaming floor, delivering warm, professional service and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

The successful candidate will engage confidently with a diverse guest mix, maintain high standards of presentation, and follow all gaming regulations and internal policies while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous gaming, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded.
• Current SA Gaming Machine Employee Badge (Gaming Badge) is required.
• Current RSA certificate recognised in South Australia is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with friendly, professional service on the gaming floor.
• Maintain a visible presence and engage with guests proactively.
• Assist guests with enquiries regarding gaming facilities and venue services.
• Monitor gaming floor and ensure cleanliness, presentation and functionality.
• Report faults or issues to the appropriate department promptly.
• Uphold responsible gaming practices and escalate concerns as needed.
• Follow gaming legislation, regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records and follow cash handling procedures where applicable.
• Respond to guest questions promptly and escalate to the manager when required.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Front Office and Security to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support opening, closing and daily operational requirements of the gaming area.
