Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is seeking enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences across restaurant, bar, and events, serving orders and assisting with beverage prep in a fast-paced setting.

We value a positive attitude, team Spirit, and availability of at least four days per week including weekends. NSW RSA certification is required or obtainable, with a supportive, welcoming work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Holds or willing to obtain NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 20 kg.
• Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week including weekends.
• Deliver warm, welcoming service across restaurant, bar and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable dining experiences across restaurant, bar, room service and events.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with guest care.
• Assist with beverage preparation and maintaining a clean, welcoming area.
• Support with washing up and general kitchen duties as needed.
• Keep stock and signage accurate; communicate safety concerns.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.
