Salter Brothers Hospitality – Grandchester QLD is seeking Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join Homage Restaurant. Enjoy team accommodation and be part of a passionate hospitality team in South East Queensland, just one hour from Brisbane.

You will provide personalised guest experiences, upsell products, and maintain an immaculate service area while working a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or à la carte service.
• A genuine love for great food & wine and guest interaction.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Curate a personalised service experience for guests from start to finish.
• Build relationships with guests and locals to promote loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and experiences.
• Maintain an organised service area with multiple tables and stations.
• Ensure the restaurant is presented to a high standard and assist with events.
• Provide menu recommendations and food & beverage guidance to guests.
