Job summary

Respect is seeking compassionate Enrolled Nurses for Bayview Haven in Australia on a casual basis. You will work with Registered Nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care in a modern, coastal-style home with landscaped grounds and engaging activities.

You will provide resident-focused clinical support, monitor wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment while building meaningful connections with residents and families. Flexibility across shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing is required.
• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of aged care practices and documentation.
• Understanding of safety and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing assessments with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and records.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to the nursing team.
• Participate in handovers and care planning discussions.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, person-centred care environment.
