Job summary

Respect Group Limited's Lyrebird Village – Drouin in Victoria is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver high‑quality resident care within a supportive clinical team.

You will work closely with Registered Nurses to support residents’ health, wellbeing and daily living, including documentation and care planning, across a welcoming aged care environment at Lyrebird Village in Drouin.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 1.5 years of Enrolled Nurse experience.
• Current National Police Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate resident‑focused care.
• Assist with clinical assessments, documentation and care planning.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report clinical changes.
• Support medication administration within scope of practice.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical and personal care to our residents. About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 1.5 years of Enrolled Nurse experience.
• A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
