Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking Casual Educators to inspire children through play-based learning and meaningful interactions. You will support growth and development, build positive relationships with families and staff, and help create safe, inclusive learning environments.

You’ll gain experience across Guardian centres in Canberra, with flexible shifts that fit studying or personal commitments, and pathways into permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Hold or be studying towards ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Hold a current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration.
• Have completed the required Child Safe Training through Geccko.
• Be available to work a minimum of two days per week.
• Be willing and able to travel between Guardian centres within the Canberra region.
• Be adaptable, reliable and confident working with a variety of teams and age groups.
