Job summary

Creative Garden Early Learning – Coombabah is seeking an enthusiastic casual Assistant Educator to join our qualified team. You will help create a nurturing learning environment for children aged 0–5 and support daily routines with experienced educators.

Hold a ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma, maintain Current Working with Children Check, and bring excellent communication skills. We offer flexible hours and opportunities for growth within G8 Education’s network.

Qualifications

• Hold aACECDQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS is required.
• Proven experience in an early childhood service working with 0–5 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Educators to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Support a safe, welcoming learning environment for children 0–5 years.
• Collaborate with the team to implement centre programs and routines.
• Follow centre policies and contribute to a positive learning culture.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 101 children with operating hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

About You

• Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
