Job summary

The Y WA Bunbury Learning Centre is seeking casual Early Childhood Educator Assistants to support children's development in a vibrant, WA-based not-for-profit setting.

You’ll help foster curiosity, support daily routines, and work with your Room Leader to implement individualized programs, document developmental progress, and keep families informed. Flexible shifts and strong mentorship await in a community-focused team.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate III or equivalent.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQF frameworks.
• Experience implementing programs in an Early Learning Centre.

Responsibilities

• Encourage social and emotional growth in children.
• Foster a love of learning in a play-based setting.
• Develop individualized programs with Room Leader and maintain records.
• Keep families informed on developmental progress.

ACECQA Certificate III
