Wellways celebrates diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace. We are seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to support participants with intense needs across home and community settings, on a casual roster.

You will provide safe, person-centred supports, including personal care, daily living tasks and strong teamwork. Ongoing training is provided, with shifts including weekends, evenings and overnights.

Formación

• Evidence of working rights within Australia such as a passport or birth certificate.
• A current valid Driver's Licence and an insured and registered vehicle.
• Police Records Check
• Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online certificate
• Minimum Qualification in Certificate Level 3 (desirable)

Responsabilidades

• Providing respectful personal care and daily living support
• Building trusting, caring relationships through consistent and compassionate support
• Accurate documentation and communication with the wider support team
