Job summary

Life Without Barriers is hiring a Disability Support Worker (Lifestyles) for casual shifts in the Blacktown/Greystanes area. You will provide one-on-one support in clients' homes with early morning and late afternoon availability, travel between sessions, and some short shifts.

A focus on independence and person-centered care guides daily duties. Candidates should have HIDPA experience, a current First Aid CPR certificate, a valid driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience providing High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA).
• Experience supporting people with disability in a home care setting.
• Comfort with manual handling and personal care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one HIDPA in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain and monitor person-centred plans.
• Document progress notes and update records.
