Job summary

YMCA Australia is seeking Casual Diploma Educators to join Y Kinders across Victoria. You’ll support play-based learning, build warm relationships with children and families, and help deliver inclusive, high-quality early childhood education.

Ideal candidates are actively studying toward a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, hold essential certifications, and value teamwork, reliability, and ongoing learning within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it).
• Current Working With Children’s Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.

We’re now looking for Casual Diploma Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

• Donald Kindergarten
• Wycheproof Kindergarten
