Job summary

The Y Ballarat is seeking a Casual Diploma Educator for the Eastern Baw Baw region to support play-based learning and nurture child development. You’ll join a vibrant team in a local service network and contribute to inclusive education and care.

Active study toward the Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is acceptable, with required checks and safeguarding commitments. Flexible casual shifts and supportive leaders are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it).
• Genuine interest in supporting children’s development and ongoing learning.
• Current Working With Children’s Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Great teamwork, communication, and reliability.
