Job summary

Y Ballarat is seeking casual Certificate III Educators (or students) to join a supportive teaching team in the eastern Baw Baw area. You will help deliver play-based learning, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and foster inclusive, safe environments that inspire children.

Applicants should be studying toward the qualification and hold or be willing to obtain essential checks and first aid certifications. Flexible, values-driven work options are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively studying toward it.
• Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).

We’re now looking for Casual Certificate III Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

The eastern pocket of the Baw Baw region hosts the below four services:

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:

• Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
• A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
• Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
