Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting is highly regarded, but not essential.
• Friendly, confident and approachable manner.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting dentists and clinicians across a range of procedures.
• Providing chairside assistance and anticipating the clinician's needs.
• Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and equipment.
• Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable during their appointment.
• Maintaining clean, organised and well-prepared clinical areas.
• Sterilising instruments and following infection control procedures.
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver a positive patient experience.
