We are currently seeking Casual Deli Customer Service Assistants to join our busy and fast-paced team at our Ferry Road Markets store, located in The Brickworks Centre, Southport.

These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

This position is available for an immediate start. Our ideal candidate will have flexibility to fill shifts during the week and weekend.

Approx 20-30 hours a week (weekends essential).

What the position involves:
  • Providing superior customer service, including packaging products and accepting payments
  • Maintaining physical fitness for frequent lifting involved in this role
  • Using the meat slicer for small goods products
  • The merchandising of stock through product displays and store presentation
  • Packaging and pricing deli products such as cheeses, chocolates, olives and meat products
  • Answering customer inquiries about all products
