Ravenswood School for Girls is a Uniting Church Prep to Year 12 day and boarding school for girls located on Sydney’s North Shore. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Debating Convenor to manage and coordinate the debating program at Ravenswood.

Working closely with the Coordinator of Voice and Head Coach Debating, this role is responsible for the administration and communication of all debating activities, including student team allocations, competition entries, trials, weekly debates and finals. The successful applicant will liaise with students, parents, coaches, external schools and debating associations to ensure the smooth delivery of the program.

The role will also oversee the organisation of home debates, in-house competitions, results and adjudication, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participating students.
