Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Melbourne is hiring a CREW member to join our frontline team. You will take orders, craft burritos, restock fridges and perform basic food prep, contributing to an exceptional guest experience every day.

We offer shifts including mornings (6am–2pm) and overnights (10pm–7am), with fair pay under the Fast-Food Industry Award, flexible rosters, uniforms, exclusive merch, staff meals, comprehensive training, and opportunities to develop leadership skills within our growing brand.

From taking orders, expertly crafting burritos, restocking fridges and mastering basic food prep, you will showcase your versatility as a team player. Every burrito you roll, every guest you serve contributes to the success of our restaurant and GYG.

We are currently looking for people that are available for the following shifts:

• Mornings from 6am-2pm
• Overnights from 10pm-7am.
