Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking an enthusiastic crew member to join our team in Australia. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, taking orders, crafting burritos, restocking fridges, and handling basic food prep as part of a versatile, team-focused group.

Overnight shifts from 10pm-6am or 11pm-7am offer flexible rosters, with competitive pay in line with the Fast-Food Industry Award and opportunities for leadership development within the store network.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and with a friendly approach.
• Prepare burritos and other items with consistency and care.
• Restock fridges and keep the station organized and clean.
• Assist with basic food preparation and maintain food safety standards.
