Springmount Services is seeking reliable and motivated Casual Cleaners to join our team at Northland Shopping Centre in Preston and Sunshine Plaza in Sunshine, VIC. You will perform general cleaning duties, sanitize common areas and facilities, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness across busy shopping environments.

Evening shifts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and weekend work are required, with about 20 hours per week.

Competenze

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning duties.

Available Positions

We are currently recruiting Casual Cleaners for the following locations:

• Northland Shopping Centre – Preston VIC 3072
• Sunshine Plaza – Sunshine VIC 3020

Employment Type: Casual

Working Hours:

• Thursday and Friday evenings, generally from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm or 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

• Weekend shifts as required.

• Approximately 20 hours per week, depending on roster requirements.

Hourly Rates:

• Weekday: $37.91 per hour

• Saturday: $47.39 per hour

• Sunday: $60.93 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the shopping centre.

• Clean and sanitise common areas, amenities and facilities.

• Empty bins and manage waste disposal.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
