Job summary

Sheesh Cleaning is expanding its team in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region and seeks a reliable cleaner to join us. The role is part-time, about 20–25 hours per week, with potential for more work as the client base grows.

You will work independently, perform residential cleaning and Airbnb turnovers, and present the business professionally at client sites. Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb properties.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, change linens for Airbnb turnovers.
• Arrange pickup/drop-off linen to local laundromat.
• Represent the business professionally at client homes.

We are a local, growing cleaning business dedicated to providing exceptional service across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas. With new business opportunities and continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team.

A suitable candidate for this role would be someone who likes to work 20-25 hours a week upon employment to service the Illawarra. There will be opportunity to build up clientele and take on more hours if the candidate wishes to do so.

We are looking for a highly experienced cleaner who can confidently work independently, take initiative on-site, and deliver a consistently high standard without supervision. The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping straight into jobs, managing their own time, and representing the business professionally in clients' homes.

As a Cleaner for Sheesh Cleaning, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various properties. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb properties.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring all areas are spotless.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Change bed linens and towels for Airbnb turnovers.
• Picking up/ dropping off linen to local laundromat.

Skills:

• Previous cleaning experience with general cleaning, Deep cleaning, Airbnb's and/or hotels.
• Understand and able to execute aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
