Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast paced kitchen.
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery (Chef).
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality dishes in line with our menu and standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Liaise with front of house regarding item availability and menu changes.
• Assist with ordering of food items and stock control.
• Ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations in line with Peninsula Hot Springs values.
