Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated casual Chef to join the team at Mercure Newcastle Airport in Williamtown. The hotel comprises 95 high-quality rooms with a Restaurant and Bar.

Our Kitchen team plays a key part of the daily hotel operations by ensuring a high level of excellent food preparation and delivery to our patrons and in-house guests. The position will require mostly evening shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities will include:
