MSWA is seeking a Care Support Worker at our Hamilton Hill Residential location to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents living with neurological conditions. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence and wellbeing, and work as part of a dedicated residential team to create a safe, welcoming environment.

In this role, you will perform personal care tasks, support with feeding and mobility, assist with medication, and document changes in health status.

Formación

• CPR & First Aid certification current
• Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
• NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain)

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance
• Assist residents with medication administration and monitoring
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Support catheter care, enteral management and basic wound care
• Encourage participation in activities to promote inclusion, independence, and achievement of individual goals
• Report and document changes in resident wellbeing and health status
• Maintain accurate records and resident documentation
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

As a Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing.

Working as part of a dedicated residential team, you'll build genuine relationships with residents and help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Haves
