Job summary

Skin and Clay in Lennox Head is seeking an experienced casual Beauty Therapist to join a small, professional team. Work 2–3 days weekly with potential for more hours; enjoy a supportive environment, high-quality products, and ongoing training.

You will conduct skin analyses, perform clinical facials, waxing, tinting, massage, and body treatments, focusing on personalised skin journeys and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Desire to join a small, professional team environment.
• Knowledge of thorough skin consultations or willingness to learn.
• Passion for advanced skin treatments including peels, skin needling, micro and Hydra-dermabrasion.
• Confidence in all waxing.
• Commitment to education and self-development.
• Exceptional work ethic and excellent customer service.
• Honest and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations.
• Perform clinical facial treatments including peels, Dermapen, LED and Hydrabrasion therapy.
• Provide beauty services from tinting and waxing to massage and body treatments.
