• Current Health Service Assistant Certificate III (Acute Care).
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment and demonstrated ability to document every occasion of service in an accurate, concise, contemporaneous, objective, complete, relevant, timely and legible manner.
• Demonstrated experience in the provision of quality, efficient and effective person‑centred care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with policies and procedures of the Far West Local Health District and NSW Ministry of Health.
• Clear understanding that tasks and clinical practice is delegated and supervised by the Registered Nurse at all times.
