Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited in West Wyalong Village is seeking reliable hospitality allrounders for roles in kitchen and housekeeping, with shifts varying and up to 20 hours per week. This Drive in Drive Out position requires living in West Wyalong and a casual hourly base rate of $27.14, loading to $33.93 including casual loading.

You will join a supportive team; must have Police Clearance, prior hospitality or cleaning experience, be physically fit, reliable and flexible for shifts including

Qualifications

• Must provide a National Police Clearance
• Previous hospitality, cleaning or kitchen experience preferred
• Physically fit and reliable with a can‑do attitude
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with a team
• Flexible to work in all departments including nightshift
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily
• Kitchen: basic food prep, clean equipment, wash dishes, stock unloading, rubbish removal, dining room service

Job description

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are expanding and are looking for reliable & experienced team members to join us in various hospitality/ cleaning roles. You will be based at West Wyalong Village.

• Shifts can vary on busy days
• Up to 20 hours per week available
• Allrounders working mostly in housekeeping/ cleaning or kitchen
• Drive in Drive Out – Must be living in West Wyalong
• Casual hourly base rate $27.14, hourly rate including casual loading $33.93
• Supportive, professional team environment

The Position:

As a Hospitality Allrounder you will be assigned either in the Kitchen or housekeeping, & you could rotate if required.

• Housekeeping – cleaning rooms, bathrooms, common areas daily
• Kitchen – basic food prep, cleaning kitchen equipment, dishes, stock unloading, rubbish removal, dining room service

The Person:

• Must provide a National Police Clearance
• Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning or kitchen work
• Physically fit, reliable & a can do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and be flexible to work in all departments, including nightshift
• Ability to always follow safety policies & procedures.
• Comfortable undertaking a pre-employment medical/Drug screen at our cost
• Current drivers’ license and reliable transport for drive in drive out
