Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent AIN experience in an aged care setting.
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine, compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, dressing, mobility, meals, and activities of daily living.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate care notes and documentation.
• Create a safe, respectful environment where residents feel valued each shift.
