Job summary

150 High Quality Concrete Pty Ltd – Boambee NSW is hiring Agi Driver casuals based at the Coffs Harbour Concrete Plant. You will deliver to clients, operate a concrete agitator truck, and represent the company with professional customer service from early morning start times.

You must hold an HR licence with HR driving experience, be able to pass a pre-employment medical, enjoy varied days, keep your truck clean, and wear company PPE.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum HR licence with HR driving experience.
• Pass a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol test.
• Comfortable interacting with customers on site.
• Take pride in truck appearance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete via agitator truck to multiple sites.

Driving a concrete agitator truck for High Quality Concrete is more than just going from A to B.

Our Agi Drivers are the face of our business, providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You’ll be making multiple deliveries throughout the day, interacting with a variety of people.

What’s the Job Like?

Location:You’ll be based out of theCoffs Harbour Concrete Planton the Northern NSW Coast.

Hours:This is aCasualposition; however, most days will start between 4am and 6am.

Pay:We pay a casual hourly rate of $36.42 - inclusive of 25% loading on a weekly pay cycle.

Customer Interaction:Driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You’ll meet lots of different personalities every day, so being comfortable with new people is a must.

Technology:We provide cutting-edge technology to keep you safe, help you map your routes, and track your loads.

Training:All new hires go through a training program before hitting the road solo.

About You:

Licence:You must have a minimum of an HR licence (essential) with previous HR driving experience (preferred).

People Skills:You enjoy meeting people and having a chat when you’re onsite.

Variety:You prefer variety in your work. No two days are the same when you’re driving one of our Agi trucks.

Pride in Your Ride:You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keeping it clean and presentable is important—you are a mobile billboard for our company.

Medical Check:Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all HQ sites).

Safety:Some of our trucks have driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts. For safety reasons, you may need to be under a specified weight for these trucks.

What we offer:
