Job summary

Whiddon is seeking a Maintenance Officer for our Glenfield site in the Sydney Metro region. The role is casual and requires experience coordinating maintenance services, with relevant trade qualifications and general computer skills plus a valid driver’s licence. You will work and liaise with contractors to keep facilities well maintained.

• Trade or certificate qualifications in a relevant trade.
• General computer skills (MS Office) and a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance services and respond to maintenance requests.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to schedule works.
• Support residents and staff with maintenance needs in a timely manner.
