Zusammenfassung

HenderCare is seeking an experienced casual Personal Care Worker to support our aged care and disability clients in their homes across Melbourne Metro. You will visit multiple clients on short shifts of 1-3 hours to help with daily living activities.

Key tasks include personal care, medication support, domestic assistance, and accompanying clients to appointments or social activities. You will need Cert III/IV in Disability or Aged Care, a valid Australian driver's license, and current checks

Qualifikationen

• Must have hands-on experience providing personal care and supporting clients in home or community settings.
• Relevant experience with aged care or disability services is preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple client homes across Melbourne Metro is essential.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, mobility, medication management).
• Support clients with appointments, activities, and daily living tasks; monitor and report changes.
• Provide domestic assistance (cooking, light cleaning) and accompany clients as needed.
