Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent.
- Experience in similar aged care role.
- Genuine care and compassion for elderly residents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care including showering.
- Support residents with meals and nutrition.
- Contribute to care planning with registered staff.
- Document care and services provided to residents.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities.
