Local Workforce Hire is seeking a General Labourer/Trade Assistant for a variety of projects across NSW. Work includes landscaping, construction, shopfitting, and industrial sites with opportunities for permanent employment based on performance.

You will join a team delivering on-site tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency, and supporting tradespeople on diverse sites in Sydney region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We’re Looking For

To join our team you must have:

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:
